SoulSchool Courses for Everyday Folx

Humans seek spiritual connection and personal transformation through Dharma work. This work is most powerful when done as a community practice.

Earth Eagle Somatics is proud to offer SoulSchool courses for the practitioner who is an everyday householder. These courses are designed to help everyday folx learn, practice, integrate, and reflect into a more soulful, spiritual daily existence. SoulSchool courses include somatic practices, energetic tools,  sacred texts, warm data, and ceremony/ritual to help us hold the small, everyday moments of our lives as learning spaces where transformation is possible.

SoulSchool Courses previously include:

  • Wintering
  • Poet Warrior
  • Crossing the Threshold
  • The Peace of O’Keeffe
  • Your Lawless Shadow
  • Embodying the Dakini
  • Guts: Embodied Writing to Build Courage
  • RAW Essence: the gesture of soul

There are three frames for reading this text that will help us continue our strategic goal in looking living maps from the elders:

1. Love as a Practice of Truth-Telling
In Loving Corrections, adrienne maree brown reframes love not as comfort or avoidance, but as a courageous commitment to telling the truth in ways that preserve relationship. Correction becomes an offering: a refusal to abandon one another to harm, silence, or disconnection. Love here is active, discerning, and brave—willing to interrupt patterns while keeping the door open to repair.
Thread: Relational Honesty & Transformative Dialogue

2. Accountability as Care for the Collective Body
brown locates accountability in the body and the everyday—how harm lives in nervous systems, habits, and unspoken agreements. Rather than punishment or purity, Loving Corrections offers accountability as a somatic, relational process that restores capacity for trust, creativity, and shared power. Repair becomes a liberatory practice that strengthens the collective rather than fracturing it.
Thread: Somatic Accountability & Collective Repair

3. Choosing Each Other, Again and Again
At its heart, this book is an invitation to stay—to practice the long, imperfect work of relationship across difference, conflict, and change. brown insists that liberation is not solitary or abstract; it is built through repeated acts of choosing one another with curiosity, boundaries, and care. Loving correction becomes a technology for durable community in times of rupture.
