Terms and Conditions of of Essencia Registration:

Acknowledgment of Risk:I understand, acknowledge, and assume the risks and dangers associated with participation in the Essencia 2026 Portugal Retreat,  including situations unknown to or beyond the immediate control of the event organizers. I understand that these risks may be caused in whole or in part by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the event, and I hereby expressly assume all such risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses or expenses which I incur as a result of my participation in the retreat.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:Due to the intimate nature of our retreat and the commitments made to our hosts and partners, all payments are non-refundable. We strongly encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delays, and unexpected circumstances, including illness or emergencies.

If you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options within at least 60 days prior to the event:

• You may have someone substitute for your participation in that program.
• Convert your enrollment (one-time only) to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards another future retreat or event for up to one full year from your original event date.
• Conferences/retreats/meetings/coaching groups are limited attendance. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 30 days of the event, no refund, credit or substitution will be issued.
• Complimentary or discounted enrollment is valid for the event date listed and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

NOTE:  We reserve the right to postpone should circumstances arise that make the event impossible to hold.
